All service providers are meticulously selected for their credentials, references, abilities and attitude. The non-medical, personalized care services listed above are delivered by trained caregivers or support aides who are bonded and insured employees of Friends Circle. It is comforting to know that all employees have gone through a background check, drug screening, verification of licensure/certification, in-depth reference checks and testing for tuberculosis. Employees of Friends Circle are eligible for workman’s compensation, social security, benefits, and on-going training.
Reliability, honesty, friendliness, compassion and competency are qualities we seek in our employees. Our selective recruitment process ensures that you will receive only the highest quality of service or care. Assigning the correct caregiver to serve your needs is an important step in delivering quality service, and is therefore very important to us. Because we are a small organization, we know our staff well. If for any reason, the match is not a good fit, we will work with you to select another member of the staff who will be better suited to your specific needs or preferences. At all times, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Engagements that require homecare begin with an initial assessment that will assist the family and staff in better understanding client needs. The individualized care plan developed by our registered nurse and the client is reviewed on a regular basis and modified as client needs change. Period visits and phone calls, as well as satisfaction surveys are essential elements of our quality assurance plan.
